The Roots journey requires a period of 3 months. We do not offer refunds of any kind, whether full or partial. Having spent years committed to nervous system regulation, we can say this: There’s always work to do. If you ever feel unchallenged or as though your journey is complete, we invite you to reach out to Amy for coaching during a live call.

We are doing our best to create a varied call schedule that allows as many members as possible to attend and receive coaching. If you are unable to make a live call, replays will be available within 24 business hours.

We’ll be covering topics such as creating safety, unraveling guilt & shame, creating & banking new evidence of worthiness, mapping out your nervous system, and making all this your new way of life. Additional topics will be added as they arise, based on the needs and feedback of the community.

Amy does her best to make sure each student receives live guidance on the monthly calls. You’re welcome to raise your hands on calls, as well as participate in the digestion posts so Amy can see you and feel you on what’s alive for you. There is no guarantee you’ll receive coaching on every live call, but we always encourage students to receive the coaching available on each call, whether or not it was intended for them.

The Roots schedule was designed to suit you and your unique schedule. While you’re free to devote as much or as little time as you’d like, we suggest you set aside 2 hours per week to get the most out of it.

Amy and her team will guide you & suggest a minimum of 3 hours a week

It will be your choice to participate & devote your time based on your schedule and desires.

Part of the commitment you are making to yourself in Roots is to become familiar with your self-leadership and how you choose to show up for yourself.

When it feels hard or you feel like giving up, we suggest messaging the team and writing about it.

The experience is designed to create a new way of life which means all of us will always be in the experience of being in the foundations of roots.
