  • If you’re not quite ready for a 12-week commitment, we invite you to consider joining School of Regulation at this time, its FREE and you will still get to ask questions and be in community with other people creating healthy conscious relationsips.

  • The SAFE journey requires a period of 12 week commitment. We do not offer refunds of any kind, whether full or partial. Having spent years committed to nervous system regulation, we can say this: There’s always work to do. If you ever feel unchallenged or as though your journey is complete, we invite you to reach out to Amy for suggestions during a live call.

  • Calls are scheduled for 9:30am PST on Saturdays and we are doing our best to create a varied call schedule that allows as many members as possible to attend and receive answers to your questions, guidance and coaching. If you are unable to make a live call, replays will be available within 24 business hours.

    We’ll be covering topics such as creating safety, unraveling guilt & shame, attachment theory, parts work, creating & banking new evidence of worthiness, mapping out your nervous system, and making all this your new way of relating to all of your relationships including purpose, business, money, sex, intimacy, friendships, family and romantic partnerships. Additional topics will be added as they arise, based on the needs and feedback of the community.

  • SAFE is a 12-week guided experience in the foundations of your unique nervous system and creating a new way of relating to love, sex, intimacy, work, money and much more.

  • Amy does her best to make sure each student receives live guidance on the monthly calls. You’re welcome to raise your hands on calls, as well as participate in the digestion posts so Amy can see you and feel you on what’s alive for you. There is no guarantee you’ll receive coaching on every live call, but we always encourage students to receive the coaching available on each call, whether or not it was intended for you, it may relate to you.

    We encourage you to take what you want, leave what you don't and come back for more later.

  • The SAFE schedule was designed to suit you and your unique schedule. While you’re free to devote as much or as little time as you’d like, we suggest you set aside 3 hours per week to get the most out of it.

  • Amy and her team will guide you & suggest a minimum of 3 hours a week

    It will be your choice to participate & devote your time based on your schedule and desires.

    Part of the commitment you are making to yourself in SAFE is to become familiar with your self-leadership and how you choose to show up for yourself.

    When it feels hard or you feel like giving up, we suggest messaging the team and writing about it.

    The experience is designed to create a new way of RELATING to all things in your life which means all of us will always be in the experience of being in the foundations of making SAFE sexy.

  • Shortly after joining, you’ll receive a link (via email) to join us in Mighty Networks and you will create a username and password to participate from your desktop or mobile device. All calls are recorded and on zoom and placed in the course material to rewatch at your leisure.

  • You’re welcome to download the Mighty Networks app to your smart phone.

  • Once you join, you will receive a helpful email with a link to join us in Mighty Networks. Here is where you’ll access call recordings, membership-related information, calendar of events, and opportunities to introduce yourself in the community.
