No matter how much ‘work"‘ you’ve done it will always be important to practice in regaining power and yourSELF leadership when survival strategies are TRIGGERED.

In this workshop we are reminded that time does not heal emotional wounds, but rather, we adapt to them.

Amy encouraged the group to be curious and honest with themSELF, and to bring something to practice that they can expand and contract with.

She also led a grounding exercise to help the group assess their current state and invited them to recognize what triggers their nervous system.

Amy shared her personal experiences of being triggered by certain things, emphasizing that these triggers can persist throughout one's life.

Self-LEADERS Healing through connection ⬇️

Luke and Amy share their journeys and experiences, emphasizing the importance of self-leadership and authenticity.

They discussed their passion projects, with Luke focusing on Purpose States and Amy developing a method called Regroovin’™ to heal from emotional trauma and live a life of SELF-leadership.

We chat together about the significance of self-leadership and the importance of practicing trusting oneself.

Grief & Intimacy Leading

Amy discussed the importance of understanding and embracing grief and vulnerability in human relationships, and introduced her approach to teaching from the bottom up, focusing on the nervous system and
attachment system.


She led discussions on the concept of intimacy and safety, the importance of self-leadership,
and the natural cycles of expansion and contraction in life.

Amy also introduced the concept of pendulation, a practice that involves moving between different states or emotions, and emphasized the importance of acknowledging and processing
grief and pain to be of service to the world.

Amy led a workshop focused on leadership, personal growth, and dissolving patterns of scarcity, encouraging participants to create detailed budgets and identify their survival strategies.

The group also explored the importance of self-love, self-acceptance, and self-trust, with exercises aimed at helping participants understand their nervous system and create a plan for personal growth.

The conversation ended with each team member sharing what they learned and what they are bringing forward in 2025
