You coach, consult, create, and serve others for a living.
Yet you tense when Stripe hits, avoid opening your bank app, lower your rates to dodge discomfort, rehearse money conversations in your head, and judge yourself for decisions you already know were fine.
This isn’t a mindset issue.
It’s a nervous system pattern.
And patterns can be trained.
I’m Amy Guerrero.
I train you to find the place where decisions land, money stops spinning you out, and asking for what you want feels clear instead of charged.
That place is what I call The Sweet Spot.
Let me guess…
You’re categorizing expenses in a budgeting app
…and still annoyed with yourself for going over on food last month.
You’re stressed about debt
while also Zillow-scrolling houses you don’t actually want to move into
(or casually considering a $30k business mastermind because “maybe that’s the move”).
You feel behind…
like by now, you should have money more figured out than this.
You change your rates or add a sliding scale
the second a potential client hesitates.
You over-explain your prices even when no one asked.
You say yes when you mean no
because saying no feels awkward —
then feel irritated with yourself later.
Or maybe you’re dealing with money on your own for the first time
after a big life shift — divorce, inheritance, retirement —
And even when the numbers are technically fine, your body never really settles.
Sound familiar?
Here’s the part no one
really says out loud
You don’t need a better budget.
You don’t need more mindset work.
You don’t need to dig up another childhood story.
You don’t need to “try harder.”
What you actually need is to train your body to stay neutral when money shows up.
Because when your nervous system can’t stay neutral,
money turns into a whole thing.
⭐ You think about it more than you want to.
⭐ You avoid it longer than you should.
⭐ You second-guess decisions you already made.
⭐ You feel weird after spending.
⭐ You brace when receiving.
Not because you’re irresponsible —
but because your body hasn’t learned how to just be normal around money.
Not better budgeting.
Not more mindset.
Not “thinking positive.”
This is nervous system training
for the moments money actually happens —
So you stop tightening, avoiding, negotiating, or spiraling.
When your body can stay neutral,
everything else gets easier without you forcing it.
Are you ready to remember
your Sweet Spot?
What The Sweet Spot Actually Feels Like
The Sweet Spot isn’t some elevated state.
It’s the moment money stops feeling personal.
It’s where:
🪐 You open your bank app and nothing spikes
🪐 You see the number and don’t immediately start judging yourself
🪐 You make a decision and don’t replay it later
🪐 You receive money and… receive it
🪐 You spend money and move on with your day
🪐 You talk about money without rehearsing the conversation first
Nothing major happens.
You just stay present.
You stay adult.
You trust yourself.
That’s the Sweet Spot.
Who This Is For
This is for entrepreneurs and practitioners who:
Help others for a living
Know they’re capable
Are tired of overthinking money
Don’t want another system to maintain
Want money decisions to feel straightforward
Are done pretending this doesn’t affect them
If you’ve ever thought:
“Why is money still such a thing for me?”
You’re not broken.
You’re just untrained here.
How the SIX
Weeks Work
This is training, not content.
Each week, you practice staying steady
while money is actually happening.
You work with:
Real numbers
Real decisions
Real conversations
Real reactions in your body
Including Regroovin’™ Role Play Rooms,
where you practice money moments instead of talking about them in theory.
Week 1
Noticing Your Pattern
You see what your body actually does with money (gripping, avoiding, zoning out, fantasizing).
You practice staying present with:
Opening your bank app
Looking at bills
Seeing payments come in
Week 2
Receiving Without Making It Weird
You practice letting money land.
No guilt.
No bracing.
No crash afterward.
Week 3
Holding More Without Freaking Out
You practice staying steady when things grow:
more income, more clients, more responsibility.
Week 4
Spending & Charging Without Spiraling
You practice:
Raising rates
Spending money
Saying no
Making decisions
…and not beating yourself up afterward.
Why Money Still Feels
Weird Even When You’re
“Fine”
Money isn’t activating your intelligence.
It’s activating your nervous system.
That’s why you can be:
Good at your work
Respected by clients
Successful by most standards
…and still feel oddly reactive with money.
Money hits responsibility, safety, pressure, comparison —
and old habits that run automatically.
This training doesn’t try to fix you.
It teaches your body how to stay steady while money is happening.
What Changes After 6 Weeks
Money takes up less space in your head.
💰 You check accounts and move on.
💰 You make decisions & don’t replay them.
💰 You receive money without bracing.
💰 You stop negotiating against yourself.
💰 You trust yourself more…not because you’re convincing yourself to, but because your body isn’t freaking out anymore.
Why This Works When Other Things Haven’t
Mindset doesn’t calm a nervous system.
Spreadsheets don’t settle your body.
Discipline doesn’t stop reactivity.
This works because you’re training the part of you that actually reacts when money shows up.
Once that settles,
you don’t have to try so hard anymore.

Hi ya’ll,
I’m Amy Guerrero.
I didn’t build my life or my work by being reasonable.
I built it by being willing to ask for what I want, name what I need, and receive it without apology.
I lived in San Francisco rent-free for 17 years because when I see something I desire, I ask. I don’t overthink. I don’t negotiate with self-doubt. And I’m not afraid of judgment or the word no.
That same willingness led me to make $17k from my first offer, be paid more than all the men in my corporate role, and become the first person in my family to go to college on a full scholarship.
Years earlier, from a twin-sized bed in a Northern California treatment center, I recommitted to the practices that first called me — yoga, breathwork, nourishment, and the study of language, communication, relationships, and how trauma shapes the body. The years that followed were messy, humbling, and foundational.
Through that process, I learned how to hold desire, responsibility, and success without abandoning myself — how to build structure without rigidity, and power without force.
Today, I work with entrepreneurs, practitioners, and leaders who are done managing their lives from survival patterns and are ready to lead, decide, and receive from self-trust.
This work is grounded, embodied, and real — because it’s lived.
